These terms govern your use of this website and your registration of interest in or reservation of a plot at Rosh Tov Residence, Giri, offered by Pishon & Roche Realty & Development Ltd (RC 9543655). By using this site or submitting a registration, you agree to these terms.

1. The offering

Rosh Tov Residence offers bare residential land plots at Giri, along Airport Road Extension, Abuja. Two plot sizes are currently available: 250 SQM and 400 SQM, at the prices shown on this site. Plots are sold as land only; no building or development is included.

2. Pricing and availability

Prices shown are current pre-launch prices and may change without prior notice. A reservation is confirmed only after the applicable payment is received and acknowledged by us, and is subject to plot availability at the time of confirmation.

3. No online payment

No payment is taken through this website. After you submit your registration, our sales team will contact you to arrange payment, documentation, and plot allocation offline through approved channels.

4. Registration and KYC

To reserve a plot you must complete our client registration / KYC form and provide accurate information and valid identification. We may decline or cancel a registration where information is false, incomplete, or cannot be verified, or where required by law.

5. Allocation

Specific plot allocation is confirmed by us as part of the offline process and is subject to availability. A submitted registration does not by itself guarantee allocation of a particular plot.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Any refund, transfer, or cancellation is handled in accordance with the sale agreement provided to you at the point of purchase. Please review that agreement before making any payment.

7. Your information

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act.

8. Limitation of liability

This website is provided for information purposes. While we take care to keep it accurate, we do not warrant that all content is error-free, and the terms of any purchase are governed by the sale agreement you sign, which prevails over any information on this site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
