This policy explains what personal data we collect when you register interest in or reserve a plot at Rosh Tov Residence, Giri, why we collect it, and your rights. 2. The data we collect

When you complete the client registration / KYC form, we collect:

• Personal details: full name, date of birth, gender, marital status, state of origin, nationality, phone number, email, and residential and permanent addresses.
• Occupation details: occupation, place of work, and office address.
• Identification: your means of identification, National Identification Number (NIN) and Tax Identification Number (TIN) where provided, and an uploaded copy of your ID.
• Banking details: bank name, account name, and account number.
• Purchase and next-of-kin details and your uploaded documents (passport photograph, proof of address, proof of payment).
• Technical data: your IP address and browser information, recorded with each submission for security.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your data to process your reservation, verify your identity (know-your-customer / anti-money-laundering checks), prepare your registration documents, allocate your plot, and contact you about your purchase. Where you consent, we may also contact you about future opportunities. Our lawful bases are your consent (given on the form) and our legitimate interest and legal obligations in verifying customers and keeping proper records.

4. How we protect it

Sensitive fields, including your NIN and bank account number, are encrypted at rest. Uploaded documents are stored privately, outside the public website, and are accessible only to authorised staff through an authenticated dashboard. Data is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with our own authorised staff, and with third parties (such as regulators, or professional and banking partners) where required to complete your transaction or to comply with the law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your registration data for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

7. Your rights

Subject to the Nigeria Data Protection Act, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
